Part 1. Journey to kadesh Riding forth through the arnon crossing Under cloud by day and with fire by night The sons of horeb descend To their father's lord-sworn lands Decimating the armies of the amorites and bashan kings Marching on from the seir to the land of moab Their name feared by all nations Awakening to anguish and bread From the city of the ravine to gilead Delivered by God to their blood drenched hands Yet they forsake, the God that favoured them Scorning the rock of his salvation Espousing the ways of aberration Idolizing the soothsayer and the golden demon Part 2. The God of wrath Of the God that begot you, you are unmindful And forgotten the lord that fathered you He will spurn and hide his face from you Generations and children of no fate A fire has kindled his anger and wrath Burning to the pits of the lowest hell Consuming the earth with hatred and spite For the iniquities, that the prophets foretell Ingrates, a nation void of counsel No compassion, truth or wisdom Had they been wise, they would understand That this is their latter end I will heap disasters on them And they shall be wasted with hunger Devoured by pestilence Milled by bitter destruction I will send them the gnarling teeth of beasts The poison of the serpent's dust I will unleash untold terror and crush The hearts and minds of all, old, virgin and young Ingrates, a nation void of counsel No compassion, truth or wisdom Had they been wise, they would understand That this is their latter end Part 3. The dawn of retribution I will make my arrows drunk with blood My sword shall devour flesh Stained with the blood of the slain and my captives And the heads of my adversaries Vengeance is mine, and recompense I will gouge the eyes of my enemies And repay those who hate me For I will avenge the blood of my servants Now see that I, I am he And there is no God beside me I kill and I make alive I wound and I heal Nor is there any who can escape my hand Let all the angels worship me For I reign over the heavens and earth I live forever
