Maggots, crawling, infesting, eating
Gore in my mouth, in my stomach, in my ears
Vomit, running, burning, feeding
Blood on my chainsaw, in my skull, in my rotting throat

First time i noticed
The throatböld in my throat
I tried to swallow
A knife
The böld is growing
Like guts in a tree
But you can't feel
The pain that's caused by a throatböld
